goodbye Australia

Trying to get some pics out to my public but the last 2 internet cafes I've been to have prohibited me. But soon, I promise. Bout to venture out of ozzy and into the unknown that is Thailand. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in Australia and New Zealand, but I am definitely ready for my travels to have a little culture shock. These past 2 countries are way to westernized to really feel like that much of an adventure. It will not be until I eat the cobra in all its glory that I will feel content.
First accomodation in Thailand has already been set up by my wonderful, older sis and its suppose to be the bomb. Prose from the wise man, Carey Head, describe it best, "3 words, swim up bar"

Quote of the month

It takes only one drink to get me drunk. The trouble is, I can't remember if it's the thirteenth or the fourteenth. -George Burns

Knee deep in cold dookie

Been working on a horse farm for the past few days to postpone the inevitable demise of my bank account. Good food, nice people, lots of fun power tools, very relaxing and lots of dookie. That pretty much sums it up. The quest up the coast continues tomorrow in our lovely van - eloquently named 'Cold Dookie' by the notorious Baby Roy Vreeland

Things are good...

Well, except for the blue ink stain in my 'go-to' jeans. This is a huge blow to my wardrobe and overall well being. These jeans are broken in to perfection and losing them would make my life considerably more uncomfortable. In fact, losing these jeans would be like losing your dog, a close friend who you can always rely on even the going gets tough - they are what allow me to get going. I am not sure what will happen if we have to part ways. In Byron Bay at the moment, midway through our eastcoast beach tour and just lettin the good times roll.

Steven was in T Rex mode by this point in the evening and I believe the top of my shirt is saturated by red bull that was spouted out of Johnny B's blow hole Posted by Picasa

Isn't she gorgeous! My beautiful Beatles van, we figured out that starting left to right you got Lennon, then Mr. Harrison, followed by McCartney and finally Ringo. Does that sound about right? Posted by Picasa
